How did you get started?
I am in faintness from last 5years, fitness is my passion, I started my workout after 8months of my son’s delivery. It was too tough, started yoga, zumba and then slowly slowly I started weight training and then focus on nutrition part. Nothing is impossible
Where does your motivation come from?
Motivation :- actually I am self motivated person, what I look for is discipline, that is the key that will get you to do the work no matter how motivated you are.
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
It helps a lot… insides the gym flexibility is a very important component of fitness so it helps a lot when I have to train every single muscle through it’s full range of motion day after day injury free. And outside the gym my lil monster always make sure that I should stay on ma toe.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
I Train 6days a week for 2hrs including weight training and lil bit cardio.
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
1. DEADLIFT- yes I am dead-lift kinda girl. This is a compound exercise which engages your entire body. It burn a lot of calories and build a strong core.
2. SQUAT- squat is an effective tool for increasing lower body strength and power
3. HIP THRUST- killer exercise. It isolates the glutes completely and apart from improving the strength and power
What is your diet like?
I take 6 to 7 meals a day which includes proteins and carbs, healthy good fats like almonds, walnuts, egg yolks, omega-3
I have never used any supplements ever.
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without and how do you handle food cravings?
yes I have a sweet tooth, couldn’t live without ice creams and cakes, to handle my cravings for the same i either eat some raisins, dark chocolate some fruits.
What’s something not many people know about you?
I am pretty much introvert and an extrovert at the same time.
