1.How did you get started?

It all started from 2014 . I was that fat shy snd introvert kind of a girl. People use to make fun of me by calling me” fat girl”. One day i met a guy whose wordings were” you are good for nothing . You cn never loose weight . You don’t have the determination inside. U will always b like this a fat girl. “At that time i was 90kgs. And thats when i decided – i have to no matter what!

Where does your motivation come from?

What motivates me are the people around me. When i find someone doing hard work with the passion in their eyes , that madness for achieving their goals , that dedication of pushing their limits leaving their weaknesses behind motivates me like a lot. I consider myself as a good learner so i learn all these things which motivates me in a real manner

How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

To be honest i use to be in that list in which most of the people believe that gymming and heavy weight lifting will harm your body. But my personal experience whether u going gym or doing aerobics whatever u r comfortable with but one should definitely do something for fitness. I feel so strong , flexible and fresh as well. N moreover when u are outside and people appreciates you for your physique for that hard work and dedication that feeling is completely out of the world. U feel so confident

If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?

It would be definitely Deadlifts because i find it very challenging and i love trying n doing out challenging stuff
# The second one will b sets of circuit training because that works on all of your body parts
#The last one will be lunges. Because somehow till now i m not that much comfortable in doing them so i want to get out of my comfort zone for sure

What is your diet like?

I make sure to have a balanced and healthy diet .Skipping meal is a big no for me. I prefer to intake fruits after every two hours. I take green tea 3-4 times in a day , in breakfast i prefer to have boiled eggs with a cup pf milk. I make sure to have atleast one chapati in a day . I avoid sugar intake. My diet basically includes- Egg, oats, fruits, brown bread, pulses because it is a good source of protein which is must, black coffee and salad


What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?

As i m a punjabi girl so i m too foody but Sweets  are something which makes me feel drooling. N as i can’t afford weight gain so whenever i get that craving of sweets i make sure to eat them before my meal and in a very less quantity. If you are eating sweets after your meal, they will result in weight gain. And i want to say this never ever kill your cravings we are humans n somethings are beyond our control so do eat whatever you feel like you cant control anymore but in a very less quantity. And try to do double workout the very next day to burn the calories

What’s something not many people know about you?

I m a very challenging person . And from starting i have been like simple , down to earth and shy kind of a girl so people think that she won’t be that strong and confident
They don’t know i can b a mess for them ( haaha)so never underestimate me( thumbs up)
