How did you get started?
My fitness journey started 2 yrs ago, I have been a petite and active person throughout my young adult life. However fitness was not an integral part of my life. I could feel my energy levels deplete, my body was losing muscle definition, becoming loose and overall body fat percentage increasing to unhealthy levels . I knew I needed a change in lifestyle and strived towards one .
Where does your motivation come from?
My motivation comes from anyone who does not stop trying, men and women who persevere and fight till the very end . Athlete’s would be a fine example .
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
Flexibility is one area I have to work towards , my body is not naturally limber and I have to consistently work towards it . However all exercises I perform at the gym , especially my favourite Squats and Deadlifts benefit from better flexibility .
What workout routine has worked best for you?
I feel working out about 4 to 5 times a week and a mixture of Strength (weighted squats, deadlifts, military presses ,bench presses ) and 20 to 30 min Hiit works best for my body .
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why
Squats , Deadlifts and Burpees . Because these three exercise are full body exercises and work the entire body chain .
What is your diet like?
I follow mostly simple balanced diet , and a additional protein shake .
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
French Fries .
What’s something not many people know about you?
I ride a 220 Avenger .
