How did you get started?
I grew up in gym since I was 9years old as it was my mom business… I started with volleyball for almost 6years then I went into marshalise for long time as my sister is international fighter then I started doing kabbedi for short time but was so excited about that and during all those days I used to do fitness without weight finally since Last 2years I found myself into weight lifting and I got addict to gym between all those sports fitness is my favourite I can’t imagine my life without working out…
Where does your motivation come from?
My motivation came from my family they always support me in all aspects of my life and having healthy life is because I grew up on healthy family that’s it ….
What workout routine has worked best for you?
Working out in any part of body is best for me …. just need more concentration on leg
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
Chest press : because I feel strong after do that
Squad : I need to improve my legs
Any Shulder exercise : because it’s easy and I like my face and body when I do
What is your diet like?
I don’t have any diet chart I just have clean food
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
I love fruits and will never stay away from them …
I don’t keep any kind of food at home so I don’t see and don’t suffer best way to stay away is having a clean kitchen
What’s something not many people know about you?
That how do I spend my life far from anyone
