How did you get started?
I wasn’t fat but I was skinny with a bloated tummy , I used to eat lots of junk just because I wanted to gain weight but whatever I eat I don’t get fat anywhere except my tummy and most of the time I get criticize by my relatives or by friends that I look so skinny why don’t I eat more. That’s when I decided to follow a healthy lifestyle with a well balanced food pattern. I was so shocked that within a matter of 6 months I started getting muscle mass and feel so confident about myself as I was never before.
