Quick Stats:

Before 65 kgs , after 58 kgs

How did you get started?

It all started with a mere weight loss aim, i was not lazy but a foodie, suffering from depression and panic attacks, i used grazing on food as my escape to those panic attacks, and it led to an unhealthy and more unwell me. finally i decided to change it all and have a control on my body and mind, i joined a gym when my weight reachged 65 kgs and my results started showing up after 6 months of constant working out and diet control, i lost 15 kgs and weighed 48 kgs initially, i was happy with it, but soon i realised this is not what i want, i had to be healthy not over or underweight. being underweight is as bas as being overweight, i started looking pale .finally i started eating to gain good weight and reached 56 kgs with good diet and workout regimen . my aim of bing healthy became my passion ans soon this pasion turned inot profession in 2014, when i competed in my first ever fitness show as a bikini competitor in

MUSCLEMANIA INDIA 2014, i was placed 2nd, i believe that was the beginning and after that i never looked back.

Where does your motivation come from?

my motivation comes from within, i donot believe in looking up to others to get motivated, its all within you, you want to do it you do it, if you do not want to, nothing can make you do it.

How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

i train aerobics and zumba, so being flexible helps me in crafting my moves and also practising stretching makes my joints and muscles feel a lot relaxed …

If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?

I have 4 favourite exercises squats , love the pump after a hardcore squat session, and definitely best for lower body and abdominals. One arm dumbbell rowing- best to have that curve Deadlift- pushes me more than any exercise to gain strength and lift heavier Bicep curls, i love my biceps…only reason
