How did you get started?
It was back in 2010 when I first stepped into a gym…I had always been a foodie my whole life, eating junks led to an excessive weight gain…it was then when I realized that I am doing no good to my body, that I need to do something about it and there started my journey
Where does your motivation come from?
My motivation comes from the small progress that I make in my workouts, I see some results and that urges me to work more harder…”Someone once told me in the gym that u train really hard, sometimes I think of not doing the workout but seeing you I feel of not giving up” so these kind of statements motivates me too
What workout routine has worked best for you?
Weight training paired with cardio is and has always been the best routine so far
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
Talking about 3 exercises without any doubt the major lifts “SQUATS’’ “DEADLIFTS” and “BENCHPRESS”
What is your diet like?
My diet depends on my goals …when I am shredding I opt for a high protein, moderate carbs and moderate fat…and when I am on gaining I go for a high carb diet.
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
NUTELLA it is my biggest weakness …I can eat a complete jar in one go…handling the cravings comes naturally now ..seeing my own transformation what I was and what I am now and what more I want to achieve that Is I guess enough for me to suppress the cravings
What’s something not many people know about you?
I was a victim of OCD(obsessive compulsive disorder) regarding my food habits, I was a builimic too and was a vegetarian my whole life but started with non veg 2 yrs back
