How did you get started?

i was once  the basketball  player, but then i had to stop playing basketball coz of my mbbs..then i started with gym, loving myself again , loving my body again.

Where does your motivation come from?

Motivation comes with my before pictures, when  i used to a player “the basketball player”

How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

flexibility helps me alot, it helps me of not getting cramps in my body.
What workout routine has worked best for you?i used to be very busy with my studies but when it comes to body..i won’t take chance..i always make time for gym..either in day or night or both.

If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?

Back, abs ,legs…love doing these three exercises, these three parts are love

What is your diet like?

my diet is full of nutrients..either its fats or carbs or proteins everything..i usually intake 19kcal a day ..it keeps me active hole day and in the gym aswell

What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?

PIZZA..i love pizza and i don’t think i need to handle the cravings or stop having food .i eat what i feel like but it should be clean diet and then use to work out accordingly to burn that.

What’s something not many people know about you?

as i am the open book there’s nothing i secretly do but everyone who hardly talked with me. thinks i am full of attitude, won’t talk with anybody but thats not true.. i am the same as person as you..look think normally, and do them easily nothing extraordinary.
