How did you get started?
For me It was all natural, I have always been playing Sports since school time & I am active since childhood ! I have always been Fit & Lean. But when I pursued Higher Studies, thats when I wasn’t able to do any sports activity & I have a Gym nearby my house.So,I just Joined & than It was never looking back to it. I see Myself Better than I was Yesterday & So, It is never going to Stop !
Where does your motivation come from?
Motivation comes from Inner-self, As working out always Refreshes my mind & It makes me Stress free & More confident…Also,Cristiano Ronaldo, I love his toned Physique, He gives me Motivation too !
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
Flexibility helps Me in every possible way,
In the Gym, people take Inspiration from my body & workout, that pushes both of us harder.
Outside the gym, I get compliments, that is Much of an accomplishment…
What workout routine has worked best for you?
Weight Training combined with Aerobics & Zumba every alternate day has worked out best for Me.
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
Well, I would Pick
1) Squats – It has to be My favourite, as It works out completely for the Butt & Gets you the sexy curve 😉
2) Crunches – I can do it anytime ! It is Must to maintain the flat & toned belly.
3) Zumba – I love it, Because I can dance all day, shaking my body to the groovy beats, Sweating in gym pants.
What is your diet like?
I don’t Diet, Never have I followed anything like Diet. I am a big time foodie.
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
I can Resist anything, But not FOOD ! I love food more than anything. One thing which I cannot live without has to be ‘Pizzaaaa’
I don’t handle Food Cravings, I Just eat it.
What’s something not many people know about you?
Everyone Knows I’m Foodie but they don’t know I’m Blessed with very good Metabolism & great genes ! That even after eating so much, It never shows up on my body structure. Touchwood !
