How did you get started? Where does your motivation come from?
My passion for the outdoors combined with the passion to be healthy and fit motivates me to be a bikini-competitor.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
I prefer to do traditional squats, donkey kickbacks, sit ups, and pull ups to build an optimal physique.
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
1. Squats for the buttocks
3. Seated cable rows
What is your diet like?
My diet consists of a lot of greens, grass fed beef, organic chicken and gluten-free carbs. 🙂
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
I could not live without my greens! I love my spinach and berries shake in the mornings. I love healthy snacks such as kale chips.
What’s something not many people know about you?
That i am an adrenaline junkie. I absolutely love to backpack, jet ski, run, ride my bike and if there is a sport that i haven’t tried yet then I’m coming for it! lol
