How did you get started?
I don’t really remember when I started working on my body, maybe when I was 15.
Where does your motivation come from?
It’s really tough because I sometimes face lack of motivation. But staying fit was always a basic thing for me. I’ve somewhere been motivated from the social platform too.
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
I never stretch and I do just fine.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
Squats, lots of skipping and lots of running.
What is your diet like?
I can’t diet. I eat anything and everything I like. I’m a foodie
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
I cannot live without burgers and cupcakes, and sometimes it’s hard to handle my cravings for these stuff.
What’s something not many people know about you?
I’m pretty much an introvert and an extrovert at the same time.
