How did you get started?

 I am a sports person so was always in fitness.

Where does your motivation come from?

 After you leave being a professional athlete, it’s twice harder to be in shape/be fit. Motivation for me is that ability to perform if not better but at least till the level if I have to go back to my sports. For which I need strength, flexibility, stamina.


How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

 I don’t know

What workout routine has worked best for you?

 Non mechanical

If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?

 Squats, dead lifts, push press. For obvious reasons.

What is your diet like?

 Mostly salads and veggies  Chicken pork beef  Whatever is barbecued or blanched

What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?

 Bhel. I don’t handle, I just go for it.
