How did you get started?
I am a sports person so was always in fitness.
Where does your motivation come from?
After you leave being a professional athlete, it’s twice harder to be in shape/be fit. Motivation for me is that ability to perform if not better but at least till the level if I have to go back to my sports. For which I need strength, flexibility, stamina.
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

What workout routine has worked best for you?
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
Squats, dead lifts, push press. For obvious reasons.
What is your diet like?
Mostly salads and veggies Chicken pork beef Whatever is barbecued or blanched
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
Bhel. I don’t handle, I just go for it.
CLOTHES don’t make you look FAT, fats do!
