How did you get started ?

 i was 16 and a half ….my friend who is chubby was very ashamed to go to the gym so she asked me to come along with her as a moral support..i was hooked ever since.

where does your motivation come from?

i dont really know,but i do know i never want to be where i was in life before . striving to be a better human everyday ..maybe this (gym) is the best way i feel i can change inward and outward.

 

How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

helps me to workout better in the gym and also in my daily life . as this is my current profession it really helps

What workout routine has worked best for you?

i love to mix up my workout regimes everyday.

everyday includes 30 mins of cardio + the bodypart im working on.. it will always be 2 body parts at a time for eg. quads and calves , some days will add a bit of functional or kettle bell or do floor work. what my body is comfortable doing that day .

If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?

deadlifts

squats

bench press

my foundation is set because of the 3 main workouts as these workout the major muscles in your body

What is your diet like?

my diet varies throughout the year… if im in a gaining phase my meals will be larger ,..will contain more carbs and when im on a ripping phase it will contain more fiber, protein  and carbs reduce periodically every 4-6 weeks

What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?

DONUTS!!! PIZZAS!!

if i ever have sweet cravings i have about 1-1n half scoop of ESN dessert whey  strawberry cheese cake. Its a thick Delicious shake which tastes like a cheat meal and its super yummm.. especially when im on my prep and i cannot have any cheat meals. This is my savior  and savory cravings.. i sometimes use pizza sprinkles which u can easily get at a supermarket on my chicken and egg ..it tastes awesome

What’s something not many people know about you?

i hate eating clean ,. if i had a chance i would never exercise . ( but i cant cause i love what my body is capable of) and im still like a 8 yr old kid i love soft toys..my room is filled with it.
