How did you get started?

I’ve been a sports person literally my entire life. I started out playing tennis and moved on to volley ball. Once I started college I didn’t have the time to practice anymore and that’s when I started working out. Initially I started off doing only cardio and eventually moved onto weight training. Haven’t stopped for the last 6 years.

Flexibility in and out of the gym?

In all honesty  I’m not a very flexible person, but I have gotten a lot stronger over the last couple of years. Still working hard on increasing my flexibility on a daily basis, starting from simple stretched and yoga at-least once a week.

What workout routine has worked best for you?

A mix of weight training and cardio on alternate days has worked best for me. And I really enjoy the variations of weight training.

If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?

Squats deadlifts and burpees are probably my favourite exercises.
According to me there’s nothing better then having toned legs and a butt.
I love doing burpees because they help warm up your entire body as well as work almost all your muscles. Deadlifts I do because it constantly reminds me of how strong I’ve become over the last few years.

What is your diet like?

I love my food and find it really hard to go on diets and that’s why I follow a very flexible diet.
I never stop myself from eating what I want and that’s probably the reason why I don’t crave unhealthy food. I eat everything in limited quantities and try to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?

My weakness is anything with chocolate in it.  Like I said before, I don’t stop myself when I crave it, I just eat a limited quantity that’s going to satisfy my craving for that amount of time.
I’ve noticed that when I stop myself from eating things that I crave, it always backfires on me and I end up doing way more damage.

What’s something not many people know about you??

I’m an extremely emotional person and takes everything personally. Trying to work on that hahaha.
