How did you get started?

I just wanted a toned figure for modelling days but fitness taught me a whole new level and I went obsessed and focused over it and now I am here in one of those girls who lift.

Where does your motivation come from?

I won against endometriosis, it is a disease that gives you unbearable pains and ruptures your ovaries which takes away your chances of motherhood and also disturbs your hormones. I literally survived on painkillers and medicines for 8 months or so because it was just so bad that it spoiled every muscle I had gained. But the moment I decided I want a good life, I changed my habits I stopped cribbing and started diverting my mind by studying more about it and fitness and the moment I changed everything was the moment I won the battle against it, Even though the doctors say its incurable I say damn you change your life anything can happen. So this is my motivation to get up every morning and change things for women out there.

How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

I like being flexible and when it comes to a lot of people lifting weights they forget about stretching where as it is very necessary for your muscles to relax if you wont allow it to be relaxed how will you allow it to grow? I am happy I can kick some ass because of my flexibility out of the gym and help any random person who seriously needs help without thinking of who and how the human is.

What workout routine has worked best for you?

Since I keep changing my routine I don’t have any particular routine. Everything works for me, but lifting heavy weights did give me a big change.

If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?

DEAD LIFTS, SQUATS AND PUSHUPS

when you talk about these three they are like total body workout as they are focusing on all of your muscles well mostly but they are a regular thing and there are so many customers I have the female ones who always complained about being flat or having a small rack they saw results with one month of regular 100 to 200 pushups and squats for the toned booty. Dead lifts take over your whole body so one thing that I can do daily is deadlifts.

What is your diet like?

I take the bodybuilding diet as if for now I have 6 meals since I am a vegetarian I depend on green veggies, Pulses, Beans, cottage cheese and it is a must to have milk because I have had so many diseases when I was young and a model just because I had no time and patience to eat.

What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?

Sweets are my weakness, I love ice creams and indian sweets and get me anything with sweet I will eat it right away. I love cooking in fact I make meals for a few people because I like helping them in their fitness goals one of the lovers of my food is my boyfriend who is a fitness person himself. I find ways to make the same thing but in all healthy manner. And trust me I do amazing at it. I have made so many dishes that are totally healthy and tasty and you wont even feel like you are dieting or something. I will be sharing them all on my website and on my page soon.

What’s something not many people know about you?

I have been through a hard life, where things were very difficult to handle and there were days when I would smoke about a packet of cigarette and my tensions were not boys or studies it was what am I going to do with my life further as I was already into modelling I wasn’t so sure of it since my height is short and my family was going through some trouble. Everyone thinks of me as a rich brat but I had to earn this life that I am living whatever I have today is all earned by me for me and I am happy about it. I found a guru who happens to be my father kind human and I call him dad itself who actually made me this new decent human being away from bad habits to a lifestyle of legends. I couldn’t love him more for being my father no.2
