How did you get started?

I am in fitness  from last 7-8 years . I am  certified sport nutritionist ,zumba , aerobic, personal training, and I am black belt in martial art too.

so being in fitness i had to start , fitness is passion , i started my workout after 3 months of my delivery for 2nd son . was too tough , i used to weak up at 5am. Started smile walking for 20 min, then slowly slowly i started weight training , and then focus on nutrition part .still its too hard to find out time for your self from your kids , home, job,….but nothing is impossible

Where does your motivation come from?

Motivation…… actually I am self motivated person , truth is my all cloths made me to do that , I always used to miss my pre pregnancy outfits… and I always admire and respect those female who maintain them ,while handling everything .


How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

Oh yes!!! its help a lot …my schedule is so tight and active , my little two monsters always make sure that I should stay on ma toe ,with this master of house ,family commitments , and then my passion .

What workout routine has worked best for you?

Am quite active person, I love all exercise, and each exercise has their own benefits .I work 2 times in a day. I do cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening.


If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?

I love dynamic moves

So I will pick clean and press bbl: this is the exercise which gives maximum result in less time.

I love to do jump squats: a best workout for toned leg

Dead lift: multi join movement.


What is your diet like?

I completely believe on high protein + low carb diet

Followed by supplement like multivitamin, antioxidant.


What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?

I cant ignore sweet . And i m so honest with my exercise and diet where i can effort cheat meal .


What’s something not many people know about you?

Very few people know me well…. am very fun loving person , i opened up my self in front of closest one.
