Where does your motivation come from?
As if myself got breakup with my ex bf 6 years before to forget my past life I am into this profession…
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
Outside Gym :
Building strong muscle fibers may boost your metabolism and your fitness level. Flexible muscles also make everyday activities easier on your body and may decrease your risk of certain injuries…
Inside gym : Stretching may improve your circulation, increasing blood flow to your muscles.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
1.)Second Position plies : This ballet move sculpts the inner thighs as well as tones the gluteus minimus (side of butt) for lean legs like a dancer.
2.)Bridge : Bridges are not only the perfect exercise for a perfectly rounded rear, but they will also help keep your back healthy and pain free.
3.)Triceps Extension : This is my favorite exercise for toning the back of shoulders and triceps. I use light weights and perform a high number of reps (25+) for this exercise.
What is your diet like?
Eat smaller meals, more often. This can help boost your metabolism (the rate at which you burn food). Opt for low-gi carbs, such as pasta, sweet potato and wholegrain bread. Drink plenty of water – at least eight glasses a day to prevent dehydration.
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
Lean Red Meat : Lean red meat is an excellent source of iron, zinc, protein and vitamin B12. Iron deficiency is a very common problem for women and may lead to anemia. Symptoms include tiredness and fatigue due to a lack of oxygen in the blood and other body tissues including muscles. It is very difficult to keep active or perform optimally if you are anemic.

My Voice Will be as Masculine Voice due to intake testosterone @ beginstage (For Muscle Building Soon I took this testosterone steroid for quick response)
