How did you get started?
I m a fitness freak n i love to keep myself fit n fine.
Where does your motivation come from?
Since my childhood i wanted to become a model, & that’s how i always try to be fit
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
I m very active n flexible because of my fitness & it really helps me in my daily routine.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
Running & Swiming.
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
Cardio-because helps u to reduce weight n cut ur fat., Abs-exercise in a circuit style keeps d intensity high n will likely lead to more fat loss. Thighs- nothing is sexier than the thighs & gluteus maximus built to perfection
What is your diet like?
I love to eat everything n i dont follow any diet chart because I believe as long as i m stick to my exercise i dont need to follow any diets plans.
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
I m not a foodie person so there is nothing like that. No any specific food.
What’s something not many people know about you?
I m a very open person & i dont hide things inside me.
