How did you get started?
I started from my teenage years.. Through my dancing I have maintained to keep fit
Where does your motivation come from?
My motivation comes from dance and to dance well i must keep fit to deliver
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
My flexibity helps me with my Dancing and ariel training to give a clean performance at all times.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
What works best for me is to maintain my weekly gym an pushing my limits at all times.
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
One would be ariels because it helps me to maintain my flexibity, second would be legs workout to maintain the dance strength, and lastly I would say Abs because I love core strength its very important in all ways.
What is your diet like?
I am a vegetarian which helps me to eat clean on a weekly basis and a treat once in a while.
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
My craving comes onces in a while but from a young age I have always hated junk food so I have no issues.
What’s something not many people know about you?
That I hate chocolate an not a lot of people know this.
