How did you get started?

I got started when I was 15 but not gym ,it was yoga and the reason I started was my height.I was short 5’0″ girl and by yoga and stretching today I am 5’6″.

Where does your motivation come from?

I am my own motivation to be honest.I always have a mindset of getting better and healthier and in great shape.so that motivates me ..and ofcourse woman out there with great aura and fitness motivates me too.

How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

 Yes! My flexibility helps me in and out gym.and also my mind to tackle all the negativity throughout the day.

What workout routine has worked best for you?

Three excerises would be:-
1.burpees – which targets overall body .
2.plank – for tummy
3.pushups- for arms

What is your diet like?

I don’t diet coz I am mostly all the time eating healthy food or homemade.I try avoiding junks.

What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?

The one food I cannot live without is Italian cuisine and chocolate desserts . I handle my cravings by drinking gallons of water so that I am always full and try to myself to keep busy so that I cannot think about food.( very difficult to stay away from desserts.but still learning it).

What’s something not many people know about you?

Many people don’t know that I am subtle mad dancer and always practicing stunts to be superhero😂.lol I cannot recollect anything better.
