How did you get started?
As I was an athlete in school and wanted to maintain the same form I started focussing on the gym ..I started gymming at the age of 17.
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
Flexibility in the gym helps me target all excersises…out of the gym I’m extremely active considering my age …I walk a lot ..use the stairs most of the time as that’s the best cardio if u can run up .
What workout routine has worked best for you?

What is your diet like?
I really don’t diet that’s why I gym 1.5 hrs a day × 6 days a week
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
I can’t live without French fries and chocolates.

Many people don’t know my age but I’m sharing it with you .
