I’ve now been working out for 7 yrs, and I look at is much part of my daily routine as brushing my teeth. My trainer has been with me since day one and the fact that he shows up everyday then whats my excuse.

If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
Functional – theres nothing like using your own body to work out
Yoga – I do ashtanga and ive found that fom the many chains this works best for me.
Running – I find it very meditative and I really need to do it more often.
