How did you get started?
I was an obese kid and teenager.Coming from a punjabi family my weight touched 80 kgs .After a while i saw myself and realised this has to stop.I had bad hair skin ,my stamina was low, it affected my activities in school. I was 17 and joined my first gym
Where does your motivation come from?
My motivation comes from people from various walks of life .People in the gym, few Fitness figures in the industry But mainly my motivation came from me, as i started working out i saw results and that helped me improve and keep goin

How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
Flexibility is a crucial factor.Its helps me with my weight lifting and over all wellness in life.

Cardio plus weight lifting works best for me

Cardio –as it helps me to be lean and stamina All leg workouts ed squat,lunges,leg press extension coz they give me hot legs 😉
What is your diet like?
I wake up with a cup of tea Breakfast consists of brown bread with jam and little butter Lunch –Chpatis curd with some healthy vegetable Evening tea Dinner-High protein chicken and curd
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
I have mastered the art of eating right and now its a habit as i am an international celebrity fitness consultant myself so my clients too need to see i preach what i say. I cant live without chicken i need it in my meal. I have a major sweet tooth so i handle my craving eating 100% dark chocolate after meals,It helps me keep y sweet tooth in check and not eat in bulk and consume unnecessary calories
What’s something not many people know about you?
People dont know i was really fat with bad skin and hair they have no seen my transformation. Also people think i take fat burners and supplements but they dont know im all natural babey!
