How did you get started?

I was goin through depression because of my certain personal problems my fiends suggested me to go to gym so that i can divert my mind and get over with depression.


Where does your motivation come from?

I was self motivated for gymming i used to see fitness modals and their flawless bodies i wanted the same kind of i joined gym and after seeing results they becoming my addiction.

How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

It really helped in building my slef confidence. Also i can recover injuries easily.


What workout routine has worked best for you?

Weight training and cardio helped me to achive the kind of body i am having right now.also m involed in lots of physical work like dancing and all so it really help me to stay fit.

If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?

I would chose deadlift,weighted squats and bench press.

What is your diet like?

My diet is high protein low carb diet with lots of fruits and veggies in it and multivitamins etc.

What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?

Pizza…i can die for pizza…jokes apart…if i get craving for something i drink lots of water so i dnt feel hungry


What’s something not many people know about you?

Many people dont know that i am a very sensitive person by heart but other friends of mine they feel am a very strong girl i dont cry i make others cry but it is not soo.
