How did you get started?
Being obese affected my self confidence alot, that’s when I decided to get fit and get my confidence back.
Where does your motivation come from?
I believe nothing can motivate more than you yourself u need to wake up every day with the determination to be better than yesterday
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
I believe working out and being fit not only makes you attractive but also helps a lot in your day to day activity. Most of the exercises that we do consists of the movements that we do in our daily lives and flexibility and strength I gain in the gym helps me though out.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
I have always loved a good proportion of weight training and cardio in my workout routines
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
Squat , Deadlift and Bench press the only reason to choose these are because they are compound movements and a no.of muscles work together in these exercises. And compound movements are known for more calories than isolated movements.
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
My diet is high protein,moderate fats and low carb diet. I’m a very big foodie waffles and pizza are something I can really not live without. And I treat myself with these junk once in two weeks which keeps me going.
