How did you get started?

It was my parents who got me introduced  to tennis and fitness at the age of six and I never looked back.

Where does your motivation come from?

Motivation comes from within , it’s like people will keep telling you to do this and that but ultimately it’s all your determination and strong will power

How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?

There is a hell lot of difference between working out in the gym and outside. I think for me working out outside is more flexible because of the environment and there is no boundation to it. Numerous exercises can ,though both has its own flexibility .

What workout routine has worked best for you?

Eating healthy food at the right time exercise properly, getting good sleep and avoiding junk and pub parties.

If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?

Running, all forms of crunches and leg raises.

What is your diet like?

I take oats or brown bread and eggs , at afternoon I have rice and veggies(no oil) after workout I drink Juice and I take light dinner like roti and sabji.

What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?

Chocolates in any form whether it’s brownie shakes or ice cream, I have extreme craving, I have them once in a month or twice or maybe after 2-3 months To have a fit body , you have to sacrifice lot of things, your diet is the most important thing which would give you a good physique.

What’s something not many people know about you?

Many people have a vague idea about fitness. They have the notion of dieting which they think it would make them fit and lose weight. This is a wrong concept ion. Eat properly ,avoid too much of sugar ,junk  pub parties and also alcohol , smoking pots and cigarettes.
Secondly it’s never to late to get in shape . Hard work always pays off and and having patience is an important factor. You might not get the results very soon but definitely in few months if you stick to your routine. Keep pushing and never give up
