How did you get started?
Well, I’d like to mention i have been through alot of medical problem some of them by birth and antibiotics from so many year were making my body weak as hell .my body weight was going below and i started feeling weakness & damn too low energy so i thought i need to change it ,no matter what but i cant live like this i straightaway join a gym discuss it to my trainer he suggested to to first start with stamina and gaining and that’s how i started and it reaches to heavy lifting which i could never thought of in my dreams but it has happened and trust me its just a matter of practice.
Where does your motivation come from?
My motivation was my own week under weight body , i wanted to change it and i wanted to feel stronger than anyone else, wanted to change stereotype thinking about women that she cant lift heavy or stuff.
How do you feel your flexibility helps you both in and out of the gym?
It does helps a lot when we are on work many circumstances occurs where you have to be strong and being a fitness model i believe its only gym which made me so flexible to work in any ways or condition and now i have created some workouts according to my body comfort which i uses even when i’m busy in work or when i don’t have much time for gym.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
First of all 20 min running 10 min cycling and 100 push up jumps which keeps my body fat free ,active and maintains my stamina then i go for abs and one part each day in lifting high intensity workout. And even i’m not going to gym i keep 20 min running and cycling along with abs for sure.
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
Exercises would be abs crunches , legs workout and cardio
What is your diet like?
My diet is never been so controlled my metabolism and digestion is most important which never leads me to starve or stay away from food for alot of time but i keep oats in my breakfast no matter what, egg white oranges with heavy protein diet in lunch and than after workout meal again to add up egg white, banana and no heavy dinner for me i end up my day with soup and green tea.
What’s the one food you couldn’t live without, and how do you handle food cravings?
Its a tough job i must say , toughest ever but as diet rule says eat 3 bites if some food really craves you specially in your leaning days . And its rice without i cant live i need rice atleast once in a day. So i take lesser quantity when i’m not allowed to eat much carbs .
What’s something not many people know about you?
Well i’m an liver and arthritis patient and no one knows this before and that’s the reason i don’t contain much amount of protein in my diet and its really tough to maintain your body in such circumstances but practice keeps you alive.
